Online Restaurant Manager is a full-service online management and marketing tool that allows restaurant owners and managers to compile and monitor tracking data from various third party sources into a single dashboard for a more streamline analysis of customer reviews, comments complaints and social media communication.
This “Privacy Policy” governs your use of any online service location that posts a link to this Privacy Policy (each a “Site”) (including, without limitation, both mobile and online versions), and also applies to your use of interactive features, widgets, plug-ins, applications, content, downloads and/or other services that we own and control and make available through a Site (collectively, the “Services”), regardless of how you access or use them, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise, but does not apply to data we receive from third parties, even if they use our technology to collect it, unless we combine such data with Personal Information (defined below) that we have ourselves collected under this Privacy Policy. Domain Name – Our service provides the option to use a free domain name. However, if you choose to provide a domain name of your choice, we may request the domain registration information which may include the Personal Information of the registrant.
Surveys and Promotions – From time to time, you may be offered an opportunity to participate in a contest, survey, or other promotion. We may collect or you may submit information in connection with one of these promotions.

Opting-out in this manner means that you must discontinue all use of the Service.
